This policy explains how Citronia Recovery handles information submitted through this website. It applies to website inquiries and browsing activity, not to records held by independent healthcare or treatment providers.
Information we collect
When you use the inquiry form or the guided contact option in Ask Citronia, we collect the information you choose to provide: your first name, an email address and/or phone number based on how you ask us to respond, contact preferences, request details, and message. An insurance-options request may also include the name of your insurance carrier if you choose to provide it. The website does not ask for a date of birth, member ID, policy number, medical history, diagnosis, or image of an insurance card. A team member will explain the appropriate next step if more information is genuinely needed.
When you use Ask Citronia, the automated website assistant, your chat messages and limited technical information needed to operate and secure the feature are processed to generate a response. Please do not submit medical records, diagnosis details, medication details, dates of birth, insurance identification or policy numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive health information through the form, chat, or voice option.
If you choose the voice option, a short audio recording is sent securely for speech transcription. The resulting text is handled like a typed chat message, and an approved reply may be converted to an artificial voice. Citronia does not intentionally keep the audio recording after completing that request.
The website and its hosting providers may also receive ordinary technical information such as browser type, device information, IP address, pages viewed, and essential cookie data used to operate and secure the site.

Submitting an inquiry does not create a resident relationship, reserve a place, or constitute admission to the home.
Wix and service providers
This website is built and hosted using Wix services. Form submissions and related website data may be processed and stored by Wix and other vendors that help operate the site. Those providers handle information under their own contractual and privacy obligations.
Ask Citronia uses OpenAI as an artificial intelligence service provider to generate replies, transcribe optional voice messages, create optional artificial-voice playback, and help screen for unsafe content. The assistant is configured not to create stored response state with OpenAI. OpenAI may separately retain limited API data for abuse monitoring for up to 30 days under its applicable data controls. Ordinary chat messages are not sent to Citronia staff as an inquiry. Information is sent to staff only when you separately complete and submit the guided contact form. The assistant cannot reserve a place, confirm a tour or callback time, or contact anyone without that submission.
Cookies and analytics
Wix may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for security, session management, and site operation. With analytics consent, the site records limited interaction events such as assistant use, helpful or not-helpful feedback, call or text clicks, and successful inquiry submissions. These events do not include form fields, chat transcripts, audio, names, phone numbers, email addresses, or health information. You can manage nonessential analytics through the site’s consent settings.
Sharing and retention
We do not describe inquiry data as confidential medical information. Information may be shared with service providers that operate the website, with people authorized to respond on behalf of Citronia Recovery, or when required by law. We keep inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed for these purposes and applicable legal obligations.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with a website inquiry, subject to legal and operational exceptions. California residents may have additional rights under applicable privacy law.
Security
Reasonable measures are used to protect website information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep medical and other highly sensitive details out of the inquiry form and Ask Citronia chat.
