About the residence
Ask about the shared-home setting, the adults Citronia supports, the general approach to accountability, and what makes an inquiry useful.
Families and referral sources
Family members, friends, and professional referral sources are welcome to ask general questions about Citronia and how to begin a private conversation.
A useful first inquiry
The Citronia team can explain the sober living residence and the current inquiry process. Clinical decisions and treatment recommendations remain with qualified independent providers. Review the inquiry process and current details to confirm.

Staff can discuss current availability, costs, house expectations, living arrangements, and whether a requested callback or tour can be confirmed.
A general inquiry does not guarantee admission or reserve a place. It begins a conversation about the current situation and possible next steps.
Private insurance and treatment connections
Citronia Recovery provides sober living housing, not detoxification or clinical treatment. We work closely with trusted independent local detoxification, residential treatment, and outpatient facilities and can provide contacts and help coordinate introductions or transitions when additional care is needed. Read the plain-language treatment distinction.
Private insurance may be able to help as part of the overall arrangement when someone is connected with an appropriate independent outpatient or intensive outpatient (IOP) program. Eligibility and benefits vary and must be verified by the outpatient provider and insurer. Citronia does not directly bill insurance for sober-living housing.
Citronia can help a prospective resident, family member, or referral source explore the appropriate next step. Cash-pay rates are also available upon request. No particular coverage, provider admission, cost assistance, or remaining out-of-pocket amount is guaranteed.
Explore private insurance options
A referral conversation does not guarantee placement, insurance coverage, admission, or a particular outcome. Each independent provider is responsible for its own services and decisions.
