Private insurance may be able to help through an appropriate independent outpatient or IOP arrangement. Use this form only for a general question; do not include insurance IDs or medical details. The residence and outside care: Citronia is a co-ed sober living residence for men and women, with men and women housed in separate rooms. Citronia provides the home. When outside care may be appropriate, staff can help coordinate an introduction to an independent local provider. That provider controls its services and decisions.

Tours and transportation: Tours are arranged on request and scheduled directly with Citronia staff. Transportation to important appointments and commitments can be arranged on request, including doctor visits, appointments with an independent IOP provider, and job interviews. Discuss timing and needs with staff in advance.

Private insurance and payment options: Private insurance may be able to help through an appropriate independent outpatient or IOP arrangement. The provider and insurer must verify eligibility and benefits; Citronia does not bill insurance for sober-living housing. Cash-pay rates are also available on request.
